Individual Supervision

Supervision is a distinct professional practice encouraging a creative, collaborative and facilitative relationship which aims to enhance a professional competent and informed practice of the supervisee and supervisor.

The object of this alliance is to enable the Practitioner to gain in ethical competence, confidence, and creativity to give him/her best possible service to her clients. (Inskipp and Proctoc, 1993).

Group Supervision

Supervision is an essential aspect to Continuing Professional Development.

It is an important part of meeting professional standards or conduct, performance, and ethics. It ensures good practice and high-quality care. Professionals at all levels of their career will benefit from supervision, as it provides an important opportunity to reflect on your professional practice, In addition, group/individual supervision can play a vital role to the individual’s personal and professional growth and development.

Mentorship Scheme 

Our mentorship scheme offers those wishing to train in the Rose Model of Therapeutic Life Story, a practical and supportive route through the qualification. We help match your skills with a family, contribute to your training fees and offer step-by-step support alongside clinical supervision throughout.  It helps your growth and development as a professional by offering guidance, motivation and networking support.
